So long as you don't need anything fancy (i.e. menus), Divx2DVD will do
the trick with very little fuss. Go to:
http://www.videohelp.com/tools?tool=vso_DivXtoDVD
.... and select the link to the old free version!
You'll still need Nero to burn the resulting DVD Video files, but any
version will do.
