Also I would think with all that resolution one can pan and scan footage
during editing before converting to sd final,
without going below sd quality, sort of how a 2 megapixel photo image can
print well at 4x6, but a 5 megapixel image
is better for cropping and zooming in to the subject matter more than
printing at around the 2 mp range.
So HD video camera's could be used to allow more editing power to the
directors framing after shooting then output to SD also, no?
