Cameras that shoot BetaSP are likely high end in the first place regardless of
the format they shoot. Late Ikigami SP cameras will shoot video comparable to
Digi-beta. That first generation tape will look about the same. But it's analog
and then what do you do with it? If you plan to import to Avid the Digi-beta is
a better choice. You stay first generation. But BetaSP has no compression and is
a component format. (RGB R-Y B-Y Y)
