I would also add that webslinger should really be discussing with his/her
client how they generally work with their clients.
An extranet would be useful for allowing the client to input as much as
possible to the brief i.e. adding comments to to scripts, step outlines and
storyboards etc. Many companies I have worked with particularly the
boutiques often have rough cuts/alternative cuts for client viewing. How
you go about those tasks is where webslinger comes in. The extranets
functionality is determined by the relationship between company and client
so don't go looking for a onesize fits all piece of software. Some
extranets I have seen have been very slick other are no more than an FTP
site with word docs and mpg clips.
