Here's the problem. The reason it says "General Error" Is because the
programmers were able to trap an error but they have NO IDEA where it came
from. So asking if anyone else has received that error might be useless
since it is a General Error one has to assume that it is a catchall for a
number of frailties in the FCP code. Truly pathetic for a $1000 'world
class' ' professional' program.
We'd all be interested in your solution though. If you find one, other than
reinstalling everything, the typical answer to unexplained bugs, please post
it here.
