DVD quality as far as actual picture quality will depend on the encoding and
thus the mpeg encoder and setting used by the software.
The Actual DVD quality if you mean how well you can navigate and how the
menus and title placement etc... depends on the authoring software itself.
But I suspect you meant the former, not sure what encoder DVD Creator uses
as opposed to Vegas.
