yes that effect as seen in some commercials, where they want to emphasis a
product, say a can of coke for example
is done I would say in more professional software than say elements, more
like after effects using a rotoscoping technique i would say.
I remember years ago, when I was at an Amiga Video Toaster conference, I
asked how to do the same thing and wasn't even told
any ways because little software existed then to rotoscope or apply such
filters, I was told...LOL..and I'll never forget it, "Why would anyone ever
want to do that?" LOL and they moved on.
Technology has come a long way in 15 years on the desktop, and I suspect
it's totally possible for you to do, but with just adobe elements
it's probably impossible if not difficult. If you try hard enough you can
almost do any effect on a PC nowadays so have fun.
