In case you don't realize it, you already have an editing package with your
computer. It's called MovieMaker and, for the price (free), it's not a bad
little package. Lots of tips and tricks are on Microsoft's site at
http://tinyurl.com/53yvx
If you want to go to the next level, my personal recommendation is Vegas
Movie Studio+DVD. It's only $90 online at http://tinyurl.com/anh9v and
includes DVD authoring (which MOvieMaker doesn't offer).
