Oh man,
I am really sorry, I can't recommend anything in that price range with
that criteria (and mine).
I have some very minimal requirements.
On this sticks side......... Two stage, with two support rails per leg and
spreaders.
The head......... Fluid, with pan /tilt lock. Pan and tilt drag, Ball mount.
Bubble level. And quick release.
The closest I can come up with will cost you pretty close to $600.00 through
B&H Photo/video.
