no.. I have intimate knowledge of it. I am smart enough not to try and use
Pinnacle stuff in my own shop. Others who have tried have required my help
to get the crap working..

To a point that is true. But first the software has to actually work first.

I don't care a hoot if you 'listen' or not. At this point I am just playing
with you anyway. As far as 'current' Pinnacle. .the horror stories are
everywhere.

You can't see me in this forum either.

yet? give me a break. My tools are professional tools. Not toys. I have
over $100k invested in my rooms and I wouldn't waste my time putting
anything Pinnacle in any of them. We're certainly in a different league.
Avid bought Pinnacle because it was failing and had just sold off some of
its holdings, like Steinberg to become more attractive. All they wanted was
Liquid. It is cheaper than creating another app from the ground up. Avid's
interface, while successful, is very old.
I remember a certain Pinnacle rep that frequented this NG a couple years
ago. I won't mention his name but he was pretty much shamed out of here.
Don't get so emotional about your choice of software. Whatever point you are
trying to make.. isn't coming across. But we're all glad you're standing up
for Pinnacle. They need someone to do it.
