Are you sure that WinAVI Video Converter will do this? I've followed
your link and whilst it claims to convert from virtually any file
format to any other, there is no mention at all of standards
conversion... in fact, the expressions PAL and NTSC don't seem to
appear at all.
I also have an interest in this topic, and would like to find a
cost-effective way of preparing NTSC DVDs.
