Are you a Pinnacle shill? If not and you were familiar with Pinnacle
products, you'd know they're notorious for putting out extremely buggy
products and have "tech support" that's a joke. Their reps clearly have no
genuine technical background and hand out McAnswers out of some manual or
database that more often than not do little to resolve the problem.
"Uninstall and reinstall" seems to be their favorite catchall advice. Well,
second favorite next to "be a sucker and buy the next version".
Typically, their programs may work from marginally to okay on one computer,
are unusable on another and noone at Pinnacle seems to be able to explain
why.
I truly hope someone figures a way to successfully sue them for fraud.
