I mentioned using a good scan converter in another reply to you, but
I didn't think of putting it directly into your NLE. Mike's idea for
doing that is good.

What you get you of any scan converter depends on the quality of the
device, and the original material from the PC.

As for sizing, if it's to difficult to adjust all the slides within
Powerpoint for safe area, you may be able to size the slides down
with the scan converter. Again, it depends on the features of the
converter.
