Hi.

Just getting into the video editing/archiving/conversion game, and was
wondering what kind of input device to have. A friend at work
recommended the ADVC-100 since he has one and loves it. He recommended
it over tv tuner cards because it doesnt loose sync with audio/video or
loose frames, which i have had happen with my ATI All in wonder when
trying some conversion in the past.

Just wondering, if the ADVC-300 is worth the money or not. i know it
has a few features built in to help clean the video signal as it is
being brought in to the pc, but are these worth the extra cost? I will
buy the 300 if it is worth it, but just wondering if the enhancements
over the 100 are worth the $$$$, or if the 100, with an external device
such as a tbc would be better.

Thanks
Mark
