Anyone correct me if I am wrong but.. I searched for a NLE plugin for this
and there were none. I am making an assumption here but.. Since VBLANK line
21 is never really addressed or dealt with by an NLE. That would be
something the video card would generate while generating the NTSC output..
Hence the lack of plugins. The NLEs only deal with active display data.
We use a local service to write the closed caption information to a
digibeta. You may have to purchase that hardware. I haven't googled to see
who makes it. Since everything broadcast has to have cc.. might be good time
to invest in CC hardware companies. :)
