I would take it to a neighborhood VCR repair
shop. Even if they don't work on Sony pro-sumer/
industrial equipment, this is a simple enough
procedure that they likely have a good shot
at it.
I am assuming that since you asked here, you do
not feel confident enough to take the cover off and
try to extricate the tape yourself. Definitely not
recommended for someone not used to working on
the insides of a VCR.
