I use a plain ol' SM58. It has good rejection of off-axis sound, and
handles the high spl of a speaker. I usually put it about 4 feet from the
speaker, and aim it at the midrange horn, because that's where the speech is
coming from, and because the bass is less directional.

As a plus, it's a good all-around mic. And cheap. You probably already
have one.
