 Allison,  you really need to lighten up on the ALL CAPS!
 Lots of people find it annoying and will refuse to read your
 postings.
 
 And you would likely find it very helpful to select more
 appropriate subject lines, regardless of capitalization.
 "Need some expert assistance" conveys no information at
 all. Everyone who posted a message there "needs some
 expert assistance" or they would not have posted their
 message.  I would have used something like "Matrox
 RT2500 driver installation" or somesuch.
 
 You need to attract the attention of people with RT2500
 experience and they are rare enough that you need to
 explicitly mention RT2500 in the subject line.
 
 Also I would suspect that there would be a much better
 chance of finding help on a more focused newsgroup like:
 news:alt.comp.periphs.videocards.matrox
