One can only wonder why Matrox did what they did. Being "Canadian" just
doesn't seem to be a good enough explanation.
At the time I got this card, there were lots of discussions about the "best"
system, and Matrox was considered to be one of the best.
So that bring up the next question. If one were to put together a DTV system
today, what would be the optimum equipment?
What kind of equipment do the Hollywood producers use to do movies like
Shrek, and Nemo? I know that those are all VERY expensive rigs, far beyond
the realm of DTV systems...
BUT -- I just got back from my bi-weekly foray to the food store, and on the
way back, I sprang for a LOTTO ticket. I always figure that if I expect the
fates to smile on me, that I should let them choose the numbers, so I allez
tell the girl at the place where I get the ticket to: "Give me a
'quick-pick' 'cash-option"."
So tonight's LOTTO is for $50,000,000.00!!! A cash option will give me a
lump sum of about $30,000,000.00 after taxes. And I never play the Lotto
until it is at $40,000,000.00 with the rationale that anything LESS than
that just isn't worth the trouble! :)
Anyway, if YOU won the LOTTO, what system would you get?
And just a note to Richard Crowley, you see these posts by "Myraide"?
Remember the Delta 1010LT? Well, it is Myraide, who is the "BEST". :)
Anyway, I have just looked at the other NGs to which I have posted my
questions, and so far, nada!
Hope this finds you all doing well.
