Of course she is right now, and that's what makes her interesting. But you
would need to be an accredited producer who would make a nice financial
incentive for her to come and do your thing. If you develop your project
now, and need some time to get the money together, it will most likely be
too late.

That's true. And I wish you all the good luck to get there. It's a tough
road getting there.

Monroe was hot property because of her looks. The roles she played where
hardly high ground. From what I heard she wanted to get into some more
serious acting, but that would have meant the end of her starlet career.
