sounds great! i do like the FX features and have learned to mask titles and
have had a lot of fun with it. we capture 3-30" cams then do the multisync
edit and it works pretty seamless for the most part other than the dropped
frames.
we just taped 5 more shows and two music sequences and will know more about
the dropped frames after this run. editing the first of the 5 today after i
get the last 5 deleted and then do the disc clean ups and defrags. i'm told
this latter work is absolutely necessary to get "good clean work" and so,
i'm following the prescription :o)
i'm also going to get the other video "biggie" training package that has a
lot of other nice features in it with FX effects. i need these for our
wedding and commercial vid's.
we were doing all this on studio 8 but when we upgraded to 9 it was a
disaster. 9 was hopeless and pinnacle ended up authorizing the return of my
$$$ for the product. the boards are filled with disasters with 9.
what kind of work do you do with AL7?
