how about Nady (cheapie) wireless mics? that's what we use and they work
fine and can easily replace them when need be <$100 a piece. this
application is tough on mics/transmitters and i don't know about anyone
else, but the idea of putting $400 or more into a mic system that gets
abused isn't my idea of a costly application.
