Why?

Does that mean 720w x 480h pixels?
It doesn't look like it is 720x480.
What did you use to create it?

Not sure what you are asking? Are you asking...

1) Why is your graphic on the right narrower than the full frame?
A) It looks like you image is 640x480 and it is centering it in
your 720x480 wide frame. If you want your graphic wider, you
can adjust the width in PP. (Or create it actually 720x480)

2) Why does the image on the right look so crummy compared
to the one on the left?
A) Because you are viewing it at some wierd fraction of its
actual size. If you changed the zoom factor for both monitor
screens to be the same, you would see them in the same
resolution.

And note JimBob's remark that your text and most of your
graphic is outside the "safe title area". It is even outside the
"safe action area" which means that most people viewing
it on a TV screen won't even see your text.
