Yes, you do need to know 'everything' to create a budget for any production.
But, all productions differ and have different requirements. You need to do
a lot of homework before anyone can offer substantive help. Even then, what
you are asking is what a producer does. I often budget several days to
several weeks of an experienced producer's time to do what you'd like us to
do for you. What you are asking for is equivilent to providing you with a
comprehensive film/video education plus years of experience --- all in a
newsgroup posting. Sorry can't be done.
