Use sf 8 and also premiere pro 2.
One gripe about sf 8.
take a 3 hour clip, edit/extract/regions
it puts the thingy, usually 20 files or so, in wave format. Then you got to
use that batch converter to put them back in mp3 format.
if you just edit all the commercials out and save the 3 hour show, it stays
in original format...
premiere pro 2 will leave the regions extracted as the orginal format..mp3
is what I use. premiere pro 2 also has a batch converter in it now.
