You are looking for a Teleprompter.
There are lots of options out there from several hundred to several
thousand USD. Here is an example....

Note that your on-screen "talent" (used advisedly for senior management! :-)
need to practice a bit to be able to read the whole line at a time rather
than letting their eyes to left to right. It makes them look "shifty-eyed"
if they read it "normally".
Avoid the urge to "cheap it out" and use something *next to* the lens
(rather than a real "through-the-lens" teleprompter). The effect of the
"talent" looking to the side (or above or below) the lens is almost
worse than having them read it off the paper. I learned these things
from first-hand experience. :-(
