You should try a polarizing filter to cut the glare. If the light
(glare source) is coming in at an angle then it is more likely to be
polarized.
I would try to get a close up of the white board if at all possible. Let
the presenter's voice fend for the presenter - who watches a presenter
who is writing on the board - you watch the board.
