I have 70+ movies in my queue and all of them are available now.
I beleive the fact the much of your queue is made up of older films has
something to do with your issue. Netflix probably orders many fewer
copies of older films, so they have a higher percentage chance to be all
out at the same time. Probably only the very new/hot releases are
harder to keep in stock, and that is probably alleviated by the larger
quantities of stock that Netflix keeps of new releases.
