No, TCM is not a premium channel. If you have "Total Choice" or higher,
you get it.
TCM shows all their movies uncut and free from interruption, and although
there are breaks between movies, there are no commercials. They also show
all movies in OAR if they have it available. For most they do, but there
are a few some studios just don't have any OAR telecine made yet.
