Maybe the reason I'm in the dark about this is because I use a cable
box/DVR. I don't use the TV's tuner at all. And the box does
auto-switch, but I never tell it to; I watch 1.33:1 material stretched,
all the time. Because I don't want to ruin my TV with burn-in. I did
that to the last one...
