It will probably be just a mini USB to standard USB cable, which is
available from Maplins, PCworld etc.

Or you can get a Memory Stick reader

Either way when you plug it in to your PC you'll get a new 'external
drive' letter appear, where you can navigate the memory though explorer
and copy off what you need.
