Hi, can anyone help me?

I cannot burn large amounts of files onto my DVD media (boxed & branded
Philips DVD+R) using my LiteOn SOHW-1693S DVD burner (firmware upgraded from
KS04 to KS0A). Is the LiteOn fussy about DVD media?

I'm currently using Nero under Windows XP Prof SP1 - do I need SP2? Nero
tells me of a "failure in communication" after about 15 - 25% progress.

My PC is a new build and has 2 gig of RAM - I assume all is well there?

Any thoughts from anyone would be appreciated!

Movies and small burns are fine.
