isn't the dealine "2009 OR when 75% of the public has digital tvs,
whichever is later." which is to say that 2009 UNLESS not alot of
people have digital tvs yet, in which case...
Personally, i have an hdtv, but i'd be in no hurry to upgrade if i
didn't.
