Under Common Law, the legitimacy of any man-made law is determined
solely by the consent of the governed. Only in a fascist dictatorship
can a bunch of lawyers put a gun to everyone's head to make money for
special interests.
America was founded on the principal of civil disobedience. In fact
the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s was based on massive civil
disobedience. The repeal of Prohibition, clearly designed to line the
pocket of criminal politicians, was based on civil disobedience.
If you let fascist dictators tell you what to do, then you deserve to
be a slave.
