Your question is not clearly stated
in general the more compression the more quality loss.
Experiment with custom (higher compression of menues- or use program
menue shrink- and shrink extras) to get better quality of main
program. the shrink program gives you the maximum space you can get on
dvd. If you use less compression the program will not fit.
