One possibility is to decode the 5.1 surround soundtrack and then just use
the centre front channel - how successful this will be depends on how the
film was mixed but it is the most likely solution. Adobe audition also has
a centre channel extractor for use with stereo files but again its
effectiveness depends upon the source.
