I have made a compile of 2 mpeg files, one NTSC the other PAL - simply using
NeroVisionExpress - add video file etc make chapters etc, and it plays okay
on my multi region multi system DVD player (Zensonic) and I have a multi
system TV Nordmende (PAL - SECAM and NTSC)
