I called Pansonic support today. They said the ES20 doesnt have the
ability to highlight and record programs. The olny models that do,
have a hard drive. He said the EPG just means that you can schedule
programs to record through VCR plus for 7 days. Thanks for your help.
What a disappointment !!!
