 You could use a layout for more thumbnails than you
 will use.  TDA won't use any more than you have tracks
 or chapters to reference.  The only effect is in the initial
 size and placement of the thumbnails, but you can resize
 and move them as you wish.
 
 This can also be used, in reverse, to trick TDA into
 making some special/extra menu pages.  You make a 2 second
 black .mpg clip and use copies of that to make more items than
 fit on the first page of the menu.  Then change the next menu page
 button to indicate the selection of your special/extra material.
