Nero Speed DVD Version 4.1 for testing burn speeds but will NOT test
for PIE/PIF/C1/C2 errors using that model drive. Only use that
software for testing burn speeds. F9 does a test DATA disc to give you
a burn graph on how fast it burns at.
Kprobe won't work on the LG drives. You need a LiteON burner for that.
Kprobe is better for testing for PIE/PIF than Nero Speed DVD is. If
you do have the hardware make sure there is no dust on the tray of the
burner or on the disc itself as that can interfere with the tests.
