In looking for video cards within my current budget, with the idea of
converting all my VHS to DVD, I keep seeing reviews for the Hauppage WinTV
PVR 150 (1045) which are, for the most part, very positive.
The ULead software that is bundled with the card is less well received.
Does anyone have experience with Hauppage products in general?
....or the PVR 150 (1045) specifically?
