You will need a DVD burner. Assuming your computer came with one, you
can use DVD Decrypter to burn DVDs. It's free. If you want to do some
simple editing you can use DVD Shrink. It's free too.
Those are some of the most widely used DVD utilities. Nero is also
very popular but it is not free and it tends to be buggy.
