Something leads me to believe you have version 6.03 of Divx installed or you
recently upgraded Divx 6.x to that version. If so, AutoGK crashes. AutoGK
was designed to work with older versions of Divx.
There is a patched Divx.dll that can be placed in the Windows/System
directory as I recall. You need to look for it or do the hex repair of the
file to get it to work.
