Here in the US they at lesat have to buy an entire block of Congress
before such special-i8nterest legislation passes. The money was spent
long ago, and successfully. What the world needs is a small, independent
island nation with a superserver and a good satellite internet connection.
Then it would take a multi-national stirke force of movie execs to sneak
in and sabatoge it.
