The simplest way would probably be to use DVDShrink - a free program
you can get from here: http://www.mrbass.org/dvdshrink/
At 2.16.50 it will have to apply a small dregree of compression, but
I'll bet you can't tell the difference!
Use the 'deep analysis' mode for best quality.
Allows you to maximise the use of a single level DVD, without having to
calculate bit rates etc.
