Yes, I should have been clearer - I am not actually using the tuner,
since my "input" is actually S-video plus audio from my cable box (or
satellite) sent to the L-1 input. Then it is a matter of selecting VCR
or DVD, assuming each is set up correctly for S-video on L-1.

My repair is now showing "invoice issued", which I hope is not really
true, since it should still be under warranty. Let's hope.
