I made a clip using DVD Shrink in accordance with the instructions on
how to edit titles. I first imported the VIDEO_TS files. Then I
re-authored, exposed the title I wanted and dragged it to the
composition window. I then right-clicked and edited the title. I then
exported it as VIDEO_TS files (VOB, IFO).

There is nothing "messed up" with that clip. It plays just fine on
WinDVD including the subtitle.

Why don't you download the clip and try to find something wrong
instead of wasting our time with your continual whining.
