Quite. I've got a PC with a USB VisionDTV connected as well as a Nebula
DigiTV PCI card. The latest S/W for the latter allows more than one program
to be recorded if they are on the same multiplex (as well as supporting
multiple tuners, and they have a dual-tuner USB device coming soon). I have
recorded three programs simultaneously, one from the VisionDTV and two from
the DigiTV, without problem. Even the 5400rpm drives typically used in STBs
would have no problem with the data rates involved.
