Have you tried Walmart or the Web (as in Google)?
I have a Magnavox MDV 422 which converts PAL to NTSC on the fly, around
$60 or $70, probably at Target, but I'm not sure if it can be bought
today, since I bought it along time ago - and I don't think it does
Divx. Jpeg and mp3 is all I recall.
THere must be others as well. Look on dvdhelp.com if you are patient.
