The version I am using rips DVDs to mpg files.

I build an ISO file and burn with DVD Decrypter.
One thing that could be causing a problem is the DVDs I am ripping
from were created by ripping original DVDs with Decrypter and
compressing them with DVD Shrink. Therefore, the content I am ripping
with MF4 is already compressed once.
